How we hire

From our hiring managers

  • In the first step of the interview process, I always like to find out as much information about if there is a match between the candidate experience and expectations, and the requirements of the role and the needs of the team. Software engineering is a complex art, and I always try to see how the candidate thinks about different everyday work situations. A tip for all candidates: Take some time to prepare to talk about past projects that you’ve done, and think about your expectations of the position at BUX. The conversation should go both ways, so prepare questions about what you’d like to know for your future daily life as an engineer at BUX.

We make the hiring decision with the following in mind:

  • Skills

  • Values

  • Attitude
