From our hiring managers
-
In the first step of the interview process, I always like to find out as much information about if there is a match between the candidate experience and expectations, and the requirements of the role and the needs of the team. Software engineering is a complex art, and I always try to see how the candidate thinks about different everyday work situations. A tip for all candidates: Take some time to prepare to talk about past projects that you’ve done, and think about your expectations of the position at BUX. The conversation should go both ways, so prepare questions about what you’d like to know for your future daily life as an engineer at BUX.

-
Skills
We're interested in learning about your responsibilities, accomplishments, the technologies you've worked with, and where your expertise lies. -
Values
Within our team, we value ownership, drive, and fostering a positive work environment. We're seeking future colleagues who not only recognize the significance of these qualities but also bring their own unique values and personality to the table.
-
Attitude
Your approach to challenges, as well as how you handle victories and setbacks, holds significant weight for us. We value embracing risk and fostering a culture of continuous learning. We're searching for individuals who take personal and professional growth seriously.
