What do you look for in your application?
No need for a cover letter. In our application form, we’ll ask you to briefly share what genuinely excites you about BUX and why this specific role caught your eye. We also value clarity and impact over long paragraphs. Focus on your actual achievements rather than just a list of daily tasks. If you’re applying for a technical or design role, make sure your core tools and frameworks are fully up to date. We love efficiency and innovation. If you have exposure to AI tools, be sure to highlight that.

How long does the entire hiring process take?
Our hiring process takes between 4-6 weeks. Please keep in mind that this timeline can vary and depends on the specific role, the complexity of the position, and the unique steps required for that team's interview process. We know your time is valuable, so we always aim to move as efficiently as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you use AI tools during the interview process?
Yes, we use Metaview to record and summarise interview audio, allowing our team to focus fully on our conversation rather than note-taking. Participation is entirely optional, and your choice will have no impact on your application or interview outcome. You will always be asked to give your explicit consent prior to the interview.
