We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam.
We're seeking individuals who can adapt to flexible working hours and are committed to assisting our growing customer base. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients while also offering support in English to users across Europe.

We’re teaming up with ABN AMRO to add savings to the BUX platform. You’ll play a key role in launching this new proposition and supporting our customers across all our financial products.
What you will do
As part of our first-line support team, you’ll help ensure our users have a smooth and positive experience with BUX. Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting customers using BUX Investing and, soon, BUX Savings
Responding to chats, emails, and phone calls with speed, clarity, and care
Guiding new users through onboarding and helping them get started confidently
Staying up to date with product updates and internal developments
Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the wider team
Collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently
Assisting with translations and customer-facing content
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement changes
Maintaining and contributing to the team’s knowledge base
What you need to succeed
Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus)
Experience working in a customer-facing/support role
Interest in financial markets and investing
Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users
Quick learner and adept problem solver
Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
Availability for a full-time role (40 hours/week)
