We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our BUX-based team in Amsterdam.
Marketing is at the core of BUX’s growth. We’re a small, agile, hands-on team working across brand and performance marketing to shape how people build wealth with BUX. As we expand from investing to investing + saving, we combine strong strategic thinking with fast, high-quality execution.
We work closely with a network of digital, creative, research, and advertising partners, giving us the scale of a large organisation while keeping creative direction anchored within BUX.
We operate by three simple principles:

What you will do
- Run integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish. You brief, you coordinate, you chase assets, you launch, and you measure. You’ll work with our creative and media partners to make sure everything lands on time and with impact
- Shape creative strategy with digital growth. You help decide what we test, why we test it, and which angles or messages deserve a bigger push. You translate insights into clear, creative directions
- Own our brand channels. You make sure our website and social channels stay sharp, consistent, and up to date. You work with external designers, writers, or developers to get pages, visuals, and copy live
- Manage our promotions agenda. You make sure we run the right promo at the right time and that our budgets are used wisely
- Support on brand strategy and BUX Savings. You work closely with the Head of Marketing on positioning, messaging, research, and shaping how the new Savings proposition comes to life
- Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Product, Data and AI, Product marketing, Compliance, and ABN AMRO to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market plans
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, creative strategy, or a similar hybrid role, ideally in a fast-moving digital environment
- You can think strategically and execute fast. You’re as comfortable shaping a value proposition as you are launching a campaign on a tight timeline
- Strong creative judgement. You know what good looks like, can brief clearly, and can guide designers and writers toward the right outcome
- Understanding of performance marketing. You don’t need to run the ads, but you understand how creative testing works and what drives results
- You’re organised and proactive. You manage timelines, partners, and deliverables without dropping the ball
- Great communication skills. You can explain decisions clearly, give actionable feedback, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Comfort with ambiguity. We move fast, we experiment, and not everything is perfectly defined. You can create clarity where needed
- A hands-on mindset. No task is too small if it helps the work move forward
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with investing, saving, or personal finance, professionally or personally
- Knowledge of web CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience on both the agency and client side
- Dutch language skills are not required, but are definitely a plus
- Experience with creative production (video, motion, UGC) or managing designers closely
