We are looking for a Strategy & Delivery Manager to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam.

You will be part of the Strategy team at BUX and report directly to the Chief of Staff. The team operates at the heart of the organisation, with a direct line to our CEO and Management Team, and works closely with senior leadership across the wider ABN AMRO organisation.

What you will do

This is a newly created role with significant room to shape both the position and its impact. As Strategy & Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening how BUX plans, prioritises, and delivers strategic initiatives. You will act as a connective force between BUX and ABN AMRO Bank, ensuring smooth collaboration, alignment, and execution across organisational boundaries.

You will operate as a PMO-like partner to leadership - bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to cross-functional and cross-entity initiatives. In addition, you will support strategic planning cycles and contribute to research and analysis that help shape BUX’s long-term direction. Over time, the role can grow into a broader strategy, transformation, or leadership position, depending on your strengths and ambitions.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a PMO-like partner to help professionalise and scale the delivery organisation

• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between ABN AMRO Bank and BUX on strategic and operational initiatives

• Support strategic planning cycles, including research, analysis, and preparation of executive materials

• Support the planning, tracking, and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives

• Implement and improve processes, governance structures, and documentation standards

• Bring structure, transparency, and consistency to ways of working across teams

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve execution and outcomes

• Ensure clarity of ownership, milestones, and decision-making across initiatives

What you need to succeed

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, PMO, transformation, or delivery roles

• Experience working in complex organisations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or banking

• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating with senior leadership

• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution across multiple teams

• Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment

• Ability to design and implement processes, governance frameworks, and documentation standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale transformation projects

• Familiarity with agile delivery environments and modern product organisations

• Experience working across organisational boundaries (e.g. parent company–subsidiary setup)
