We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Dutch speaker) to join our Stryk team based in Limassol. In this role, you will be part of a team of first-line support reps providing assistance to users of our Stryk app. Part of your role is answering questions from our customers or helping them with onboarding.

What you will do

• Respond to client queries relating to account management

• Provide client support including technical, operational

• Respond to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner

• Build on client relationship management

• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and processes

• Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures

• Co-operation and participation in an ongoing training program

• Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs

What you need to succeed 

• Must be based in Cyprus

• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory

• Experience in a client-facing role

• Basic IT troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Customer Support role in FX

• Interest in the financial services sector
