Your role

We are looking for a Customer Support (German speaker) to join our Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' previous experience in a similar role. You will be joining a company committed to maintaining the highest level of public trust, fairness, honesty, transparency, and integrity. Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries relating to account management

• Provide client support including technical, operational

• Respond to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner

• Build on client relationship management

• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and processes

• Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures

• Co-operation and participation in an ongoing training program

• Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs

Requirements

• Must be based in Cyprus

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory

• Previous experience in a Customer Support role in FX is desirable

• Attention to detail and professionalism

• Client facing experience

• Genuine interest in financial markets

• Basic IT troubleshooting skills

• Experience to work in a fast-paced environment
