Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring priorities, designing and executing a successful hiring strategy to grow their teams.

• Provide a seamless candidate experience.

• Own the entire recruitment process.

• Help advance BUX’s diversity, equity and inclusion values by working with the People team to innovate new strategies to build diverse pools of candidates.

• Provide strategic guidance to interview teams on selection and interview best practices.

• Act as an ambassador for the BUX company values and culture.

• Drive or take part in various Recruitment or People Team projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• You should be experienced in owning and driving an efficient hiring process with a focus on diversity.

• You should have the proven ability to recruit for technical roles across a variety of levels.

• You should have experience with ATS tools (we use TeamTailor).

• You should be able to demonstrate your stellar sourcing techniques for those especially hard-to-fill tech roles.

• You must be passionate about the work you do and be a team player.

• Prior experience in a tech startup or scaleup environment would be a plus.
